  • All Fiber Art ship via UPS and/or USPS depending on size of your order. Once your Fiber Art is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

    READY TO SHIP FIBER ART — Ship within 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Tracking information provided to you via email when it ships.

    COMMISSIONED FIBER ART — Typically takes 4-8 weeks to complete dependent on size to and the current project schedule.

    UNCLAIMED PACKAGE RETUR — If a package is returned to us due to erroneous information given by the buyer and/or unclaimed package after the delivery attempt, a refund is not issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before it can be shipped again.

  • Due to the nature of the handmade Fiber Art work, it is not possible to return/exchange purchased Fiber Art; all sales are final.

    Please ensure that you have thoroughly read the product descriptions. dimensions, shipping, delivery, refund and exchange policies before completing your purchase for “Ready to Ship Fiber Art”.

    Complete the Fiber Art Commissions form to get the project scheduled. We will get back with you promptly to discuss the specifics of the artwork.

    Commission work payment is made at the inception and upon signing of our contract.

  • All types of credit card payment and Afterpay are accepted on the website for Fiber Art purchase.

    Afterpay only applies to “Ready to Ship Fiber Art” pieces listed in our shop.

    All payments to be made at the time of purchase including commission work.

 

 
  • DIP DYED TAPESTRY — Various hardwoods such as walnut, red oak, maple, driftwood, etc. are used for header frames for suspending dip dyed macrame/yarn tapestry. Fiber Content: 100% organic macrame cords and/or 100% wool in varying sizes. Non-toxic dyes are applied.

    PUNCHED ART — High quality canvas wood stretcher bar frames are used. Only the highest quality fiber contents are used in all the Fiber Art pieces. Yarn Types: 100% wool, 100% organic cotton macrame cords, silk, alpaca, merino, bamboo, 100% cotton. Yarn weights vary to give added texture. Other Materials: leather, twine and other materials which enhances the quality and aesthetics of the piece.

    MACRAME WALLHANGING — Varying sizes of rope, leather and all types of string are used to complete the project. Non-toxic dyes may be used.

    SASHIKO — Highest quality of textile/fabric/cotton/linen, etc. are use for base and 100% cotton Sashiko thread from Japan are used for Sashiko projects.

  • Typically, all pieces should be ready to hang. If not, instructions will be included in your shipment.
